Calvin Harris Bitches About Rita Ora (Again)

Crikey! It seems that not only is Rita Ora leaving a trail of broken hearts behind her, but also associated health problems!

It’s been reported that Calvin Harris had to bow out of this year’s EMA awards in Glasgow due to "heart problems". A couple of days later an interview with the superstar DJ surfaces, with some not-so-flattering comments about his ex-girlfriend.

Now, I’m not saying the two are inextricably linked, but this girl does seem to leave her exes worse for wear. Just look at poor Rob Kardashian.

Since the couple split, Rita has come across as quite vulnerable and honest about her pain over the break up (although still managing to move on to the next one with remarkable speed). Calvin Harris, on the other hand, has: banned Rita from performing that half-arsed generic/bland tune he produced for her, slammed her on Twitter and more recently, bluntly sworn off celebrity women and commented that not being in contact with Rita is: "brilliant. It’s great. It’s just stress-free. It’s beautiful."

Sure.

I’m sorry, but happy people do not bitch about their exes like that. He still seems bitter and hurt over the break up. With rumours of infidelity on Rita Ora’s part (not for the first time, who can forget the whole Rob Kardashian "Rita Whora" episode), you can perhaps understand why. But really, you would think that a 30 year old man, especially one in the public eye, would refrain from making such petty comments about an ex, especially months after a break up.

C’mon Calvin, we all know that it’s best to say nothing when splitting with an ex. Take the high-road.

Sure, it must hit the ego hard to see his ex-girlfriend move on so quickly, this time to grubby-looking fashion reject Ricky Hilfiger, the son of fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger (I know, ironic right? Talk about a downgrade in the looks department).

But in the whole post-breakup who’s-winning-by-moving-on-to-someone-hotter game, you would think that the fact that Calvin Harris is now dating 21-year-old LA model Aarika Wolf would be of some consolation.

Anyone else think Calvin Harris would be perfect for The Millionaire Matchmaker? A bit of tough love from Patti Stanger, and he might be able to acknowledge some of his narcissistic ways. It might even explain why he doesn’t seem to be having much long-term success with women, despite being a handsome, famous multi-millionaire.
